Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms”) which set out the Prizes set out in 1.5 below available to you as a winner of the NEOM Champions of Progress Competition (“Competition”). These Terms shall be read in conjunction with the Competition Terms and Conditions which shall also apply.	يُرجى قراءة هذه الشروط والأحكام (المُشار إليها فيما يلي باسم "الشروط")، والتي تنص على الجوائز المذكورة في البند 1.5 أدناه والمتاحة لك كفائز في مسابقة نيوم لأبطال التقدم (المُشار إليها فيما يلي باسم "المسابقة") تُقرأ هذه الشروط إلى جانب شروط وأحكام المسابقة التي تنطبق أيضًا.

By accepting any Prize(s), you will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and the Competition Terms and agree to be bound by them. If any time you fail to comply with these Terms or the Competition Terms, you shall immediately forfeit your entitlement to a Prize in relation to the Competition.	بقبولك أي جائزة (جوائز)، ستُعتبر قد قرأت هذه الشروط وشروط المسابقة وفهمتها وتوافق على الالتزام بها. في حالة عدم امتثالك لهذه الشروط أو شروط المسابقة في أي وقت، يجب عليك أن تتنازل فورًا عن حقك في الحصول على أي جائزة متعلقة بالمسابقة.

The Competition and Prize is organised by NEOM in conjunction with the AFC Champions League Elite Finals.	تنظم نيوم المسابقة والجائزة بالتعاون مع نهائيات دوري أبطال آسيا للنخبة التي ينظمها الاتحاد الآسيوي لكرة القدم.

Prize	الجائزة
As a winner of the Competition, you will be awarded the following prize:	كفائزٍ في المسابقة، سوف تُمنَح الجائزة التالية:
A cash or other prize, the value of which shall be determined by NEOM based on the winning project/individual requirements; and	جائزة نقدية أو جائزة أخرى، تُحدِّد نيوم قيمتها بناءً على اشتراطات المشروع/الفرد الفائز.
ii. An AFC Champions League Elite experience which includes roundtrip flights to the host city (TBC) of a AFC Champions League Elite 2025-2026 Group Stage Match, accommodation for one (1) night, match tickets and match-day pitch side experience.	خوض تجربة دوري أبطال آسيا للنخبة التي ينظمها الاتحاد الآسيوي لكرة القدم والتي تشمل رحلات ذهاب وعودة إلى المدينة المضيفة (سوف تُحدَّد لاحقًا) في مباراة المرحلة الجماعية لعام 2025-2026، والإقامة لليلة واحدة (1)، وتذاكر المباريات، وتجربة التواجد بالقرب من الملعب في يوم المباراة.

The Prize shall be for your individual use only and you are not permitted to transfer, sell or otherwise give away the Prize to any other person. Where a winning entry relates to a project, you acknowledge that only one individual involved in such project will be entitled to the Prize.	تكون الجائزة لاستخدامك الفردي فقط ولا يُسمح لك بنقل الجائزة أو بيعها أو التنازل عنها بأي شكلٍ آخر لأي شخص آخر. إذا كان دخول المسابقة المؤهل للفوز متعلقًا بأحد المشروعات، فإنك تقر بأن شخصًا واحدًا فقط مشاركًا في هذا المشروع يحق له الحصول على الجائزة.

The Prize shall not be transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash in any circumstances.	لا يجوز تحويل الجائزة أو استبدالها أو استردادها مقابل الحصول على نقدٍ تحت أي ظرف من الظروف.

No substitution of the Prize shall be allowed except that NEOM may, at its sole discretion, substitute any element of the Prize at any time.	لا يُسمح باستبدال الجائزة إلا إذا استبدلت نيوم، وفق تقديرها المنفرد، أي عنصر من عناصر الجائزة في أي وقت.

The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.	لا يمكن استخدام الجائزة بالتزامن مع أي عرض ترويجي أو عرض آخر.
Intellectual Property	الملكية الفكرية
You acknowledge and understand that the award of the Prize is subject to you agreeing to participate in and/or provide audiovisual content relating to your entry nomination, how NEOM has supported the Competition and/or the impact on the community of your winning entry to be used by NEOM in relation to its partnership with the AFC Champions League Elite Finals and the Competition (the ”Content”). This participation may include the incorporation of your likeness, image, voice, name and/or relevant biographical details into the Content (the “Participation”). You consent to the filming, photographing, documenting and recording of your Participation in the Content and subsequent exploitation thereof in connection with the Content subject to these Terms.	أنت تُقرَ وتدرك أن منح الجائزة يخضع لموافقتك على المشاركة في و/أو تقديم محتوى سمعي وبصري فيما يتعلق بترشيحك للدخول في المسابقة، وكيف دعمت نيوم المسابقة و/أو الأثر العائد على المجتمع من دخولك للمسابقة المؤهل للفوز سوف تستخدمه نيوم فيما يتعلق بشراكتها مع نهائيات دوري أبطال آسيا للنخبة التي ينظمها الاتحاد الآسيوي لكرة القدم والمنافسة (المُشار إليه فيما يلي باسم "المحتوى"). قد تشمل هذه المشاركة دمج أي ظهور لشكلك، و/أو صورتك، و/أو صوتك، و/أو اسمك، و/أو تفاصيل سيرتك الذاتية ذات الصلة في المحتوى (المُشار إليها فيما يلي باسم "المشاركة"). وتوافق من جانبك على تصوير مشاركتك في المحتوى بالفيديو، وتصويرها فوتوغرافيًا، وتوثيقها، وتسجيلها، واستغلالها فيما يتعلق بالمحتوى الخاضع لهذه الشروط.

The further requirements for such Content will be communicated to you in due course and you acknowledge and agree that you may be required to attend a content shoot to create the Content.	سيتم إبلاغك بالاشتراطات الإضافية لهذا المحتوى في الوقت المناسب، وأنت تقر وتوافق على أنه قد يُطلب منك حضور جلسة تصوير محتوى لإنشاء المحتوى.

You acknowledge and understand that failure to provide the Content in accordance with our instructions (including to participate in a content shoot) will result in your forfeiture of the Prize.	أنت تُقرّ وتدرك أن عدم تقديم المحتوى وفقًا لتعليماتنا (بما في ذلك المشاركة في جلسة تصوير المحتوى) سيؤدي إلى فقدان حقك في الجائزة.

By accepting the Prize, you agree that all intellectual property rights in the Content will vest in NEOM.	بقبولك للجائزة، فإنك توافق على أن جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية في المحتوى ستؤول إلى نيوم.

You unconditionally and irrevocably grant and assign with full title and guarantee to NEOM all rights, title and interest (including without limitation all copyright and other related rights) subsisting in your Participation and/or Content throughout the world in all media whether now known or hereafter developed for the full period of such rights, title and interest (and thereafter in perpetuity) including without limitation by way of present assignment of future rights, and NEOM (and its assignees, licensees and any third party acting on its behalf) shall have the unrestricted right to edit, copy, add to, adapt, dub, translate and exploit your Participation and/or Content in all and any media whether now known or hereafter developed or discovered (including without limitation through the creation and distribution of publicity and marketing materials in connection with the Content featuring or referencing my Participation), without payment, other forms of consideration or liability (save as set out in these Terms) or acknowledgement to you.	أنت تمنح حق الملكية الكامل إلى نيوم وتتنازل لها عنه دون أي شروط وبلا رجعة، وتضمن إلى نيوم جميع الحقوق وحق الملكية والمنفعة (بما في ذلك -على سبيل المثال لا الحصر- جميع حقوق الطبع والنشر والحقوق الأخرى ذات الصلة) الموجودة في مشاركتك و/أو المحتوى الذي تقدمه في جميع أنحاء العالم في جميع وسائل الإعلام سواءً أكانت معروفة الآن أم سيتم تطويرها فيما بعد طوال الفترة الكاملة لهذه الحقوق وحق الملكية والمنفعة (وبعد ذلك إلى الأبد) بما في ذلك -على سبيل المثال لا الحصر- عن طريق التنازل الحالي عن الحقوق المستقبلية، وتتمتع نيوم (ومن تتنازل لهم والمرخَّص لهم من جانبها وأي طرف ثالث يتصرّف بالنيابة عنها) بحقٍ غير مقيّد في تعديل مشاركتك أو محتواك، أو نسخهما أو الإضافة إليهما أو تغييرهما أو إضافة مقطع صوتي إليهما أو ترجمتهما أو استغلالهما في جميع وسائل الإعلام سواءً أكانت معروفة الآن أم سيتم تطويرها أو اكتشافها لاحقًا (بما في ذلك -على سبيل المثال لا الحصر- من خلال إنشاء وتوزيع مواد الدعاية والتسويق فيما يتعلق بالمحتوى الذي يتضمن مشاركتي أو يشير إليها)، دون الحصول على مدفوعات مقابل ذلك، أو الحصول على أشكال أخرى من التعويضات أو الالتزامات نظير ذلك (باستثناء ما هو منصوص عليه في هذه الأحكام) أو تقديم إقرار لك.
Furthermore, you agree to irrevocably waive in favour of NEOM any moral or performer rights and any similar rights that you may have in relation to your Participation and/or the Content whether now existing or hereafter conferred under the laws of any jurisdiction (collectively, "Moral Rights") and agree not to institute, support, maintain or permit any action or claim that any use and/or exploitation by NEOM or its assignees or licensees of your Participation and/or Content infringes your Moral Rights.	علاوة على ذلك، أنت توافق على التنازل نهائيًا لصالح نيوم عن أي حقوق معنوية أو حقوق أداء وأي حقوق مماثلة قد تكون لديك فيما يتعلق بمشاركتك أو محتواك سواءً أكانت موجودة الآن أم ستُمنَح إليك فيما بعد بموجب قوانين أي ولاية قضائية (يُشار إليها مجتمعة باسم "الحقوق الأدبية")، كما أنك توافق على عدم إقامة أي دعوى أو مطالبة بأن أي استخدام و/أو استغلال من جانب نيوم أو المتنازل لهم أو المرخَّص لهم من جانبها لمشاركتك و/أو محتواك تخالف حقوقك الأدبية، وإنك توافق على عدم دعم أو مساندة هذه الدعوى أو المطالبة أو السماح بها.

You agree to indemnify NEOM against any losses NEOM may incur as a result of any Content that you have provided which infringes a third party’s copyright or other intellectual property rights.	أنت توافق على تعويض نيوم عن أي خسائر قد تتكبدها نيوم نتيجة لأي محتوى قدمته ينتهك حقوق الطبع والنشر أو حقوق ملكية فكرية أخرى خاصة بطرف ثالث.

Travel and Costs	السفر والتكاليف
You must submit such documentation to us as we reasonably require in order to verify your identity and to make the required bookings for the Prize elements.	يجب عليك تقديم هذه الوثائق إلينا حسبما نطلب بشكل معقول من أجل التحقق من هويتك وإجراء الحجوزات المطلوبة لعناصر الجائزة.

All travel and accommodation are subject to availability. If any class of travel, mode of travel or class of accommodation is not available, then we reserve the right to determine and provide an alternative class of travel, mode of travel or class of accommodation, as determined in our sole discretion.	تخضع جميع رحلات السفر والإقامة للتوّفر. وفي حالة عدم توفر أي درجة سفر، أو وسيلة سفر، أو فئة إقامة، فإننا نحتفظ بالحق في تحديد وتوفير درجة سفر، أو وسيلة سفر، أو فئة إقامة بديلة على النحو المُحدّد وفقًا لتقديرنا وحدنا.

Any costs incurred in relation to the Prize shall be incurred at your sole expense, including without limitation with respect to airport transfers, local transportation, meals, hotel room service, hotel room security deposit, laundry service, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, local and long distance telephone calls, mobile and data roaming, tips, service charges, taxes, and all other charges which relate to any items which are not the Prize elements specifically described in these Terms.	ستتحمّل أنتَ أي تكاليف مُتكبدة فيما يتعلق بالجائزة على نفقتك الخاصة، بما في ذلك -على سبيل المثال لا الحصر- ما يتعلق بعمليات النقل من المطار وإليه، ووسائل النقل داخل البلد، والوجبات، وخدمة الغرف بالفندق، ومبلغ تأمين غرفة الفندق، وخدمة غسيل وكي الملابس، والمشروبات الكحولية، والبضائع، والهدايا التذكارية، والمكالمات الهاتفية المحلية والمكالمات الهاتفية لأماكن تقع في مسافات بعيدة، والهاتف المحمول وتجوال البيانات، وإعطاء الإكراميات، ورسوم الخدمة، والضرائب، وجميع الرسوم الأخرى المتعلقة بأي عناصر ليست مُدرجة ضمن عناصر الجائزة الموضّحة على وجه التحديد في هذه الشروط.

Travel insurance is not included in the Prize. You are responsible for arranging adequate travel insurance before travelling as per your individual needs. NEOM will not be liable for any costs or losses through your failure to take out adequate insurance cover.	تأمين السفر غير مشمول في الجائزة. وأنت مسؤول عن ترتيب تأمين سفر مناسب قبل السفر وفقًا لاحتياجاتك الفردية. لن تتحمّل نيوم المسؤولية القانونية عن أي تكاليف أو خسائر تتكبدها جراء عدم الحصول على تغطية تأمينية كافية.

You are responsible for your own passport, travel insurance, medical insurance, visa requirements and any other documentation and/or regulatory requirements at the port of departure or the port of arrival, and any medical and security clearances including COVID-19 testing (if required), requirements and/or protocols. You will not be eligible for the Prize if you are not able to secure the necessary travel documents, for any reason whatsoever, in time for scheduled travel.	أنت مسؤول عن جواز سفرك، وتأمين السفر، والتأمين الطبي، ومتطلبات التأشيرة، وأي وثائق أخرى و/أو أي متطلبات مفروضة من جهات تنظيمية في ميناء المغادرة أو ميناء الوصول، وأي تصاريح طبية وأمنية، بما في ذلك، اختبار كوفيد-19 (حسب الاقتضاء) وأي متطلبات و/أو بروتوكولات. ولن تكون مؤهلاً للحصول على الجائزة إذا لم تتمكن من توفير وثائق السفر اللازمة، لأي سببٍ كان، في الوقت المناسب للسفر مُحدّد الموعد.

Liability and Force Majeure	المسؤولية القانونية والقوة القاهرة

The Prize is awarded on an ‘as is’ basis and shall be without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) and NEOM does not make any representation, warranty, or guarantee, express or implied, relating to the Prize.	تُمنح الجائزة على أساس تقديمها "على حالتها" وتكون دون أي ضمان من أي نوع، صريحًا أو ضمنيًا (بما في ذلك -على سبيل المثال لا الحصر- أي ضمان ضمني لقابلية التسويق أو الملاءمة لغرض مُعيّن)، ولا تقدم نيوم أي إقرار أو تعهد أو ضمان، سواءً أكان صريحًا أم ضمنيًا فيما يتعلق بالجائزة.

To the fullest extent permitted by local law:	إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون المحلي:

NEOM (and each of their group companies, agencies and contractors) shall not be liable (to the extent permitted by law) for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by you accepting the Prize and/or creating the Content. You understand that the Prize is being made available to you on the condition that you will hold NEOM safe from any claims or liability arising from any loss or damage, injuries, illness, loss or expenses arising from the Prize.	لا تتحمّل نيوم (وأي من شركات مجموعتها، ووكالاتها، ومقاوليها) المسؤولية القانونية (إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون) عن أي ضرر أو خسارة أو إصابة أو إحباط يصيبك عند قبولك للجائزة أو إنشاء المحتوى أو كليهما. وتدرك من جانبك أن الجائزة تُتاح لك بشرط أنك تُخلي مسؤولية نيوم من أي مطالبات أو التزامات تنشأ عن أي خسارة أو ضرر أو إصابة أو مرض أو فقدان مصاريف تنشأ عن الجائزة.
NEOM (and each of their group companies, agencies and contractors) shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses in relation to the Competition, Prize and/or Content.	لا تتحمّل شركة نيوم (وأي من شركات مجموعتها، ووكالاتها، ومقاوليها) المسؤولية القانونية عن أي خسائر غير مباشرة أو تبعية فيما يتعلق بالمسابقة و/أو الجائزة و/أو المحتوى.

Force Majeure: NEOM shall not be held responsible for failure or delay to perform all or any part of these Terms including the provision of a Prize due to any act or omission beyond the reasonable control of NEOM, including but not limited to epidemics, pandemics, flood, fire, earthquake, drought or other natural disaster, war terrorism, civil unrest, riots or threats of war, terrorism, civil unrest or riots, any action taken by a governmental or public authority of any kind (including not granting a consent, exemption, approval or clearance), an event of national significance (including any day of national mourning) or any other events, which could not be predicted, controlled, avoided or overcome by NEOM.	القوة القاهرة: لا تتحمّل نيوم المسؤولية عن عدم تنفيذ جميع هذه الشروط أو أي جزء منها أو التأخير في تنفيذها، بما في ذلك، تقديم الجائزة بسبب أي فعل أو إغفال خارج عن السيطرة المعقولة لشركة نيوم، بما في ذلك -على سبيل المثال لا الحصر- الأوبئة، أو الجوائح، أو الفيضانات، أو الحرائق، أو الزلازل، أو الجفاف، أو الكوارث الطبيعية الأخرى، أو الحرب على الإرهاب، أو الاضطرابات المدنية، أو أعمال الشغب أو تهديدات الحرب، أو الإرهاب، أو الاضطرابات المدنية أو أعمال الشغب، أو أي إجراء تتخذه سلطة حكومية أو عامة من أي نوع (بما في ذلك، عدم منح الموافقة، أو الإعفاء، أو الموافقة، أو التصريح)، أو أي حدث ذي أهمية وطنية (بما في ذلك، أي يوم من أيام الحداد الوطني) أو أي أحداث أخرى لا يمكن لشركة نيوم أن تتوقعها، أو تسيطر عليها، أو تتغلب عليها.

Local Law and Personal Data	القانون المحلي والبيانات الشخصية
Due to applicable local laws, NEOM may not be able to award certain Prizes to you if you are unable to utilise the Prize, including if you are unable to enter the country or city where the Competition or Prize is located. In such cases, the Prize shall be forfeited or substituted with other prizes at our sole discretion. Our decision in this regard will be final and binding.	نظرًا للقوانين المحلية واجبة التطبيق، قد لا تتمكن نيوم من منح بعض الجوائز لك إذا كنت غير قادر على استغلال الجائزة، بما في ذلك عدم قدرتك على دخول الدولة أو المدينة التي تُقام فيها المسابقة أو تُقدم فيها الجائزة. وفي مثل هذه الحالات، تتم مصادرة الجائزة أو استبدالها بجوائز أخرى وفقًا لتقديرنا وحدنا. وسيكون قرارنا في هذا الصدد نهائيًا ومُلزمًا.

You agree to comply with all local laws, regulations, and requirements relating to the Competition and the Prize. The winner of the Prize will be required to comply with the laws, regulations and customs the winner’s country of residence, host countries, and conditions stipulated by prize providers.	أنت توافق على الامتثال لجميع القوانين واللوائح والمتطلبات المحلية المتعلقة بالمسابقة والجائزة. وسيُطلب من الفائز بالجائزة الامتثال للقوانين واللوائح والعادات والتقاليد المعمول بها في دولة إقامة الفائز والدول المضيفة والشروط المنصوص عليها من جانب مقدمي الجوائز.

NEOM may share your personal data with their affiliates, AFC or with other third parties for administrative purposes and/or business purposes. This may involve the storage, use, disclosure or other processing, or transfer of such personal data out of the Western Asia (WAFF) AFC region or within the Western Asia (WAFF) AFC region. Third parties receiving your personal data will be bound by requirements under the applicable Personal Data Protection legislation.	يجوز لشركة نيوم مشاركة بياناتك الشخصية مع الشركات التابعة لها أو الاتحاد الآسيوي لكرة القدم أو مع أطراف ثالثة أخرى للوفاء بأغراض إدارية و/أو أغراض تجارية. وقد يشمل ذلك تخزين هذه البيانات الشخصية، أو استخدامها أو الإفصاح عنها أو معالجتها بطريقة أخرى أو نقلها خارج منطقة الاتحاد الآسيوي لكرة القدم في غرب آسيا (WAFF) أو داخل منطقة الاتحاد الآسيوي لكرة القدم في غرب آسيا (WAFF). وستلتزم الأطراف الثالثة التي تتلقى بياناتك الشخصية بالمتطلبات المنصوص عليها بموجب تشريعات حماية البيانات الشخصية واجبة التطبيق.

By accepting the Prize, you hereby consent to your data being stored, transferred and processed by NEOM and such authorised third parties for the purpose of administering the Prize and promoting the Competition and/or subsequent competitions or activities of a similar nature. Eligibility to enter Competition	الأهلية لدخول المسابقة

This Competition is directed only at persons who are eligible to enter it as per the criteria listed on www.championsofprogress.com. It is not meant to entice or encourage participants who are not eligible enter the Competition and is not an offer or invitation to do so.	هذه المسابقة موجهة فقط للأشخاص المؤهلين لدخولها وفقًا للمعايير الواردة في www.championsofprogress.com. وليس المقصود منها إغراء أو تشجيع المشاركين غير المؤهلين لدخول المسابقة وليست عرضًا أو دعوة للقيام بذلك.

By entering the Competition, participants acknowledge they are responsible for ensuring that it is legal for them to enter such games in the jurisdiction in which they are physically located at the time of entry. NEOM is not liable to pay a prize to any participant in respect of any Competition entry which occurred whilst the participant was physically located in a jurisdiction in which such entry is unlawful.	بالمشاركة في المسابقة، يُقرّ المشاركون بأنهم مسؤولون عن ضمان قانونية مشاركتهم في هذه الألعاب في الولاية القضائية التي يتواجدون فيها فعليًا وقت دخول المسابقة. ولا تتحمّل نيوم المسؤولية القانونية عن دفع قيمة أي جائزة لأي مشارك فيما يتعلق بأي دخول في المسابقة حدث أثناء وجود المشارك فعليًا في ولاية قضائية تكون فيها المشاركة غير قانونية.
Governing Law	القانون الحاكم
These Prize Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and have been prepared in Arabic and English language, the English version of which shall govern the interpretation and construction of these Terms. Any other translation of these Terms shall be for reference purposes only, and the English language version shall always prevail in the case of any inconsistencies between the English language version and any translations thereof.	تخضع شروط الجائزة الحالية وتُفسر وفقًا لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية، وقد أُعدِّت باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، و ستكون للغة الإنجليزية الحجة والأولوية في تفسير وتأويل هذه الشروط. أي ترجمة أخرى لهذه الشروط تكون لأغراض مرجعية فقط، وتكون الحجة والأولوية للنسخة الإنجليزية دائمًا في حالة وجود أي تناقضات بين النسخة الإنجليزية وأي ترجمات لها.
